Customer satisfaction is our first priority! Should there be any dissatisfaction with your order, please contact us on email@example.com within 15 days of receiving the product to request a return.All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused/unworn, unwashed, with original tags and their original packaging.
Our ResponsibilityIf the issue lies with us, we will allow a return for a refund or an exchange.Once the item has been received, the original product price will be refunded in full or resend a replacement for free at our expense. This is only when we are responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size or the item was faulty.
Incorrect order (product size)
If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping fee for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price.
N.B. All return shipping fees are non-refundable.
Unwanted itemIf the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 15 days of receiving the product for a full refund.
