Who do I contact when having trouble with my order?
You are more than welcome to contact us on our mobile number 072 172 5126 or via the live chat function at the bottom of your screen on the website. We will be able to assist you right away. In the instance that we are not able to assist you immediately (not during office hours, etc.) we will respond via email using the contact information that you have provided, to help you resolve your query as soon as possible.
What happens if an item is out of stock and I want to buy it?
Note that items are available while stocks last. If there is an item that you want to buy and it is marked “out of stock”, you can email B-Fashion Style & Designs at firstname.lastname@example.org or 072 172 5126 with the product name or image and we will be in touch. We also recommend subscribing to our newsletter, so we are able to keep you updated on all products, including new arrivals.
Which delivery options are available?
ONLY one delivery method using our courier partner is used to deliver to your physical address.
What are the delivery charges?
We charge FREE delivery for orders exceeding R 1000.00 and a flat delivery fee of R 100.00 for orders under R 1000.00 will be added to your purchase. Please refer to Shipping Policy.
How long do deliveries take?
Deliveries in metropolitan areas is expected to be 2-3 business days while in other areas, delivery is expected to be 3-5 business days. Also, delivery times are based on the information from our delivery partners and are subject to delay due to causes outside of our control.
Please Note that delivery periods are calculated based on business days only, which means that Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account when calculating delivery periods.
What if I’m not available during delivery hours?
Please ensure that there is someone to receive the item at the time of delivery as mentioned in the Shipping Policy.
*Please note that we cannot schedule an exact time on any deliveries or give an exact ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival) on your order.
**We also cannot redirect any orders that are in our courier partner’s custody.
How can I keep track of my order during the delivery process?
Once your order has been processed, you will receive your waybill and tracking number via email. You can use this information to track your parcel on our courier partner’s website.
If my order gets lost en-route during delivery, who takes responsibility?
B-Fashion Style & Designs takes full responsibility for this since the delivery method is via our courier partner. You will be refunded or a replacement item will be sent to you.
Do you take PRE-ORDERS?
Yes, we’ve just introduced the Pre-order system where you order your item by emailing us or through WhatsApp/ call us on 072 172 5126 with your chosen item to confirm the size, color, etc. A deposit of 50% will be required upfront before we place an order for you from our supplier.
How long does it take for my PRE-ORDERED item to be delivered to my doorstep?
Plus minus 3 working weeks from the minute we place an order for you from our supplier & also after you settle your remaining 50% balance and the POP has been forwarded to us, then we can proceed arranging with our courier partner to delivery to your doorstep.
How do I pay for my order?
We have two payment options:
- PAYFAST - When selecting this payment method, you are able to make an immediate payment using a credit card, debit card, instant EFT.
- ELECTRONIC BANK TRANSFER (EFT)- After selecting this payment method, our banking details will be emailed or texted to you. Please note that you have 5 working days in which to make payment before your order expires.
N.B. Please make sure that the deposited amount is cleared with your bank first, you then provide us with the proof of payment before your order can be dispatched.
What are B-Fashion Style & Design’s banking details for making an EFT?
If you have placed and order and opted for manual EFT payment – you will receive an email or text with an order confirmation and our banking details. If you have not received this, please check your junk folder. If you are sure that you have not received the said email, please contact us on email@example.com or 072 172 5126 and we will send you our banking details.
