1. Delivery Policy

  •  The delivery of items is nationwide (South Africa).
  • ONLY one method of delivery – courier to a physical address in and around South Africa (please ensure there is someone to receive the item at the time of delivery). The signature of the person receiving the item at the delivery address will be required on the delivery note/waybill of the courier, irrespective of whether that person is authorized or not; and shall be assumed as proof of delivery of the item to you.
  • N.B. Since our store is exclusively online, NO SELF-COLLECTION of ordered items from any physical location will be permitted.
  • A proof of identity and an order confirmation created online will be required during delivery.
  • Item orders (subject to the availability of stock & receipt of payment) will be processed within two to three (2-3) working days; and will then be assigned to the courier company for delivery.
  • Free delivery for orders exceeding R 1000.00 (One Thousand Rand) and a R 100.00 (Hundred Rand) flat courier fee for orders under R 1000.00. You will be alerted of this fee on placing your order (checkout) and just before payment.
  • P.O. Box addresses will NOT be accepted as a delivery address.
  • Delivery Times:-
    • In metropolitan areas, delivery is expected to be 2-4 business days while in any other areas delivery is expected to be 3-7 business days.
    • Are based on the information from our delivery partners and are subject to delay due to causes outside of our control. We are not liable for any loss or damage which you may suffer as a result of late delivery.
  • All risk in and to the items shall pass to you on delivery. We therefore not responsible for any loss or damage after delivery to the physical address nominated by you.
  • We have outsourced all delivery and collection arrangements. Should there be any damage suffered or loss incurred with your order en-route during delivery, we are therefore liable for such. Please note that this will be by reason of any acts or omissions of the deliverer, its directors, employees, sub-contractors, agents, representatives and/or affiliates. You will be duly refunded or a replacement item will be sent to you with your instruction.
  • We are not liable for any order or delivery made in error by you in the information that you provide to us.


    2. Return & Exchange Policy

    We offer returns or exchanges if you request to return or exchange your item for whatever reason.


    Should you wish to return an item, please contact us on within 7 days of receiving your order. 

    • A RETURN REQUEST FORM (RRF) MUST be filled out first and foremost. In order to do that, you send us an email with the subject ‘RETURN REQUEST’ to the email address specified above requesting a return. We will then send you a RRF (Return Request Form) for you to fill in and send it back to us so we can proceed with the return process. ALL returns must be made within 7 days. No returns will be accepted after this period.
    • We will then arrange for the item to be collected; provided the item is in its original condition and packaging, original wrapping and any accompanying free gift must also be returned.
    • N.B. As previously mentioned that our store is exclusively online, NO SELF-DELIVERY of returned items to any physical location will be permitted.
    • You are to include a copy of your receipt or a note with your order details (order number, name, email address and phone number) and your reason for returning the item.
    • Upon receipt of the returned item and once the returned item has been inspected and accepted, you will be notified of the receipt by email and whether you are eligible for a refund.
    • If your return of the item is approved, your refund will be processed within 7 - 14 days of receiving your item and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment.
    • Your refund may take up to 7 days to reflect in your account.
    • You will be liable for the shipping costs of the returned item and the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund (purchase price less shipping fee).
    • Shipping costs of the returned items are non-refundable.


    • Should you wish to exchange the item, please do so within 7 days of receiving your item - for a different item (different size, different color, or replacement product), we will be more than willing to exchange your returned item with FREE shipping (at no cost to you). 
    • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged item to reach you, may vary.


    PLEASE NOTE the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

    • Returned items not in its original condition, damaged or has missing parts – for the reasons not due to B-Fashion Style & Designs error, will not be accepted.
    • Returned items must have tags still on and must have no visible signs of wear or use.
    • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
